Whistling sound when I breath out?

I don't have a cold but whenever I breath out now I hear a whistle and its not coming from my nose, it's coming from my chest. Last time I had this it turned into pneumonia but I was also coughing and really sick, I'm not sick now though.

Could it be turning into something?

what you are describing I believe to be stridor and needs to be looked into asap.. it signals narrowing or blockage of the airway..
