seriously need advise

Ok so my daughter got a really bad rash on her butt,and lower legs. I mean BAD. Well finally after diaper rash cream. And then some meds the doc gave me it finally went away. after a month of having it. Well now she has scares. I mean full on whole booty scares. Her butt is polka dotted purple and red. Now I know this is weird but I needs know how I can get rid of them. I don't want anyone to ever make fun of her over it in the long run. It's just ugly and gross and I wanna get it gone. Like I said it is BAD. I took a pic. Of. Her leg so it helps show how bad. But its even worse on her booty. :(

Lol...it'll heal. Use neosporin if necessary. Also, it's scars. The other way spells sk-air. Ex. Clowns scare me...
