Yes. My daughter was 11.5 months old when I had my twins. I was 27 weeks when they were born.

yup, they are called Irish twins (less than a year apart) I have grandkids that are 11 months apart they are both 8 right now for another week lol

Yes, there are 12 months in a year, it takes 9-10 months for a baby to grow, you can get pregnant within months of having a baby, so if you get pregnant in that 2-3 months, you can have a baby within a year.
