Or so it feels like. (Lol)
NOTHING fills me up! I wake up multiple times a night with unbelieveable hunger attacks. I can eat, then an hour later, I'm starving again.
Did this happen with anyone else? I drink water throught the day, I don't have time to eat small meals throughout the day. I work full time. Just breakfast, lunch & dinner.
I usually snack on granola bars, fruit, and trail mix but that is NOT cutting it anymore.
I also don't want to eat constantly, I'm trying to gain no more than the recommended 20-25lbs. No need to get ridiculously fat.
What are some snacks I can buy that will fill me up??
