My husband loves to go out and I love to stay home. Since my son won't be home this year, I'm going out. We are going to a casino where my husband can play dollar blackjack.

Nothing. I'll be stuck with kiddo as usual. I can't remember the last time I celebrated a holiday by going out with friends and partying but it was definitely before children!

DH has to work until 10pm, so we will be home. I usually let DS stay up until 9pm to watch the ball drop on CNN (since it will be midnight on the east coast) and then he goes to bed. We'll have some popcorn and use the party noisemakers I have left over from DS's birthday. lol

Go to a friends house and play games and drink. Dd will play with the kids and we will all count down and smooch and hug.

It's my birthday the day before on the 30th. I can't remember the last time we celebrated my birthday. I don't like going out two days in a row, and my husband loves to go out on New Years Eve.

The last time dh and I went out for my bday was when I turned 25 and we just started dating lol. I havent really celebrated my bday since because my friends were either married with their own plans or single going to bars, not my scene. But I rather stay home have pizza from my fave place and watch a movie on amazon then go out.
