If you were raped and got pregnant, would your husband accept the child?

 I asked my husband this and he looked at me like I had 2 heads. He assumed I would use the morning after pill, and if that didn't work, get an abortion. So I do not think he would be too pleased if I kept the child.

 Yes. I got pregnant during a short term relationship while my DH and I were briefly seperated. It was hard at first, but once the baby was born, he was automatically her father. He has never treated her differently, and never mentioned her paternity.

I asked mine and he said that it wouldn't be the baby's fault and it would be a part of our family.

A friend of ours has a 15 yr old daughter who is the product of rape, so he has seen how a child of rape can be loved and be as much a part of a family as any other kids

It wouldn't matter. I wouldn't accept the child. I know it's not the childs fault but I would not have it.
