We live side by side ,there music vibrates my floors and walls asking him to turn it down only results in him putting it louder calling cops does not phase this man  we called management  they say call cops WTF i honestly want to punch this MF in his face but im desperately trying to handle this maturely but mentally I'm slowly losing this battle.

I'd be a dick and play mine just as loud when they finally stop.

keep calling the cops and filing complaints.

or wait till like 5 am ( or about an hour or two after they go to bed) and blast mine as loud as possible. Or set my car alarm off.

Blast your music, when he isn't playing his. I'm sure he'll get the hint after a few times. I'd also make sure it was some obnoxious music. Good Luck!

I'd wake up at like 5:30/6:00am and start blasting the worst music I possibly could.

We had neighbors like that. They didn't like hearing the Spice Girls and Britney at 6 am.

If you're leasing, look at your lease, if it says anything about excessive noice, contact managment to deal with it, if they refuse, tell them they will be hearing from your lawyer. If it's in the lease, they have to enforce it.

I would set up my speakers and blast some gospel, opera or twangy country music until they get the hint.

My first thought was this:

Is their bedroom wall one of the shared walls? I would probably make an exception for my kids bouncing bouncy balls off of it early in the morning or using their new toy hammer I just bought for them.

Find his electrical wires and cut them

That so sucks when you move next to people that have no class.
Playing music like that all the time to me is trashy

I can see if its a party of once in awhile early in the day for a few songs but if not that would drive me crazy enough to bang on his door and not be so nice when he opened it.
Id keep calling the management office
Bother them as much as this guy is doing to you with the music and i will bet they will do something about it
