My husband does the job hop. He gets a raise every time he changes a job. His income went up $70,000 over 3 years at one point. He has now topped off.

Hubby gets a yearly raise on 1-1 every year based on merit.

Me, I'm a sahm...I get a $20 handed to me periodically LOL.

Depends on store sales. He is in retail management. Usually yearly.

He gets commission based salary. Rates change constantly.m

Right now it's once a year. But, once his contract renews it could change again. While he was operating, before he became a supervisor, it was every 4 months.

He gets them yearly, he's a government employee.

We get step increases every couple of years. Not much.  He also gets a cost of living increase once a year the school fiscal year is doing good.  Which it hasn't.  He is now making less then when he started 10 years ago because of furlough days.

Yes, reviews are done annually.  Raises are not automatic, only if you are exceeding expectations.

Dh gets one every year. I just got my first raise in five years this year.
