I am not going to make excuses anymore. I am over 200 and most of the reason is because I am lazy. I can sugar coat it all I want but the horse won't change it's spots! I am going to watch what I eat and I am going to commit to do some excersise. GO ME!

way to go

I am going with dancing and I can dance with my little man. He has bundles of energy anyhow. I don't want to be that mom who gets exhausted just from watching their kid. I also want to be around for a long time. I don't want to die from being overweight either. I want to be happy about how I look.

Thank you. The moment I have said I am lazy and full of excuses has been a great motivator.

Good luck. I stopped drinking so much soda. That helped a lot. Fruits and veggies taste amazing. Look into zumba.

I could and if I end up tripping I would give my son entertainment in the process:)

I know I am gonna dance for sure. I want to get some sit ups/crunches in.

I was too. Almost 60 pounds down now. Just a little motivation for you. It feels 10 times better than you imagine it will.
