My whole house has the flu :(.
DF came down with it a few days ago and he's practically been bedridden ever since.
We kept DD away from him as much as we could.. But yesterday she was coughing all day. In good spirits.. But coughing.
Last night she woke up a couple times from coughing and I gave her some medicine, feels like she has a fever too :(.
My throat started getting scratchy last night before bed and now I have woken up with a cough.
DF is upstairs in bed and DD and I are on the couch watching movies.
Happy new year!! Lol, looks like our family will likely be turning in by 8:30 pm here lol.

Oh no! Knock on wood, I've only had the flu once in my 43 years. I'm trying any and everything to never have it again. That mess is serious! Hope you all feel better soon.

I dont know what your df has, but it sounds like you and your dd have a cold not the flu

That's run through my house too. Myself & DS2 lost our voices for 2 wks. Feel better.

The only reason I think he has the flu is because of his fever, chills and body aches.
All of our symptoms are seeming to follow suit in the order in which his came :(.
I really really hope you're right, ugh.. I don't wanna mess with the flu. We're gonna lay low these next two days and I'm taking DD to the Drs. On the second.
