I usually heat it up in the skillet then put it on a sandwich or salad but I'm looking for something different!
Give me your ideas starting.. NOW!
I sometimes make homemade mac and cheese and add ham to it and peas. Easy dinner that has meat and veggies in it. :)
I buy one of the big whole ones, (not spiraled or pre-sliced). Stab that sucker all the way around with cloves till it's make a nice little grid pattern. And then I like to buy fresh pineapple (make sure it's sweet) and just slice/cube it up and stick it onto the cloves to hold it in place. Grab a can (or make your own) of fresh all natural pineapple juice, pour it all over that sucker and stick it in the oven covered with foil for like3-5 hours (depending on the size). Best thing ever!!
Then the next day you can eat it cold, or slice it up and fry it in a skillet for a minute or two.
