I'm due in April with another girl! Yay!!! But I'd like to get DD(6) a little present for being a great big sister. I've also got a DS(14m). What could I get her to show her I appreciate her help an to make her feel important???

What about a charm bracelet? With charms that mean specific things to her

Hmm big sister, she probably already has a baby doll but maybe a special one that looks like a mini her to practice on?

I was thinking a baby doll or American girl doll. Or give her a coupon book of things you can do together. Maybe one day she can pick to get a pedicure, or go pick out a $5 toy, you and her go see a movie. Maybe a few different things that you two can do together.

I did something similar for my oldest when my youngest was born, I bought him a teddy bear.

I had dh sneak the bear out of my room when he went to go get baby from the nursery, and set it in the bassinet for ods. When he wheeled him in dh went "look, brother brought you a gift for being his big brother!" Ods loved it.

I brought a special barbie for dd1 in my hospital bag when dd2 was born. She was almost 4 at the time.
I brought special barbies again in my hospital bag for both dd1 and dd2 when dd3 was born. dd1 was almost 6 and dd2 was almost 2.
