im 21 had a baby a year ago.

me and my family never got along, actually moved out for three years, all my senior year and two after that) WHEN I WAS 17 AND IN HIGH SCHOOL,I MOVED HOME AT 20 WHEN I GAVE BIRTH!

well i moved home for help with my daghter dad fights with my constantly.i got a job working nights so im home with my daughter during the day,som im always tired.i support us except rent and bills.i help with foodwell we got into it and he told me to leave by the  7th of january, and they were taking my daughter when i do.i cant live without my daughter.she is my entire world.the law the will side with them because im in a shelter, even though their home is nowhere near fit for a kid and they are just going to stick her in daycare.im upset cause im going to have to quit my only job,no car,no friends to stay with

i  may lose my only reason for being alive.what do i do,i dont want to lose her...im in florida

(this is what i mean by fighting, but its gotten worse)my father came in from work at 1030 tonight, looked at the trash and yelled at me because i lets her play with crap...in reality it was his dogs that put the shit there, there was teeth marks and my mother had been home knowing full well my daughter was in our room the whole time or in her pack and play in the living room, but wouldnt say anything so me and my father got into it.because he accuses my daughter of doing somthing and then makes up excuses for it when there are teeth mark

***EDIT 1/11/2013***
so last monday was the night i was told to leave,we fought for over and hour and they told me.we will take it week by week, get help de(i from a doctor(iv always thought i was bipolor) and change the "additude".
they didnt say anything bout taking my daughter, but did ask where i was going and told them somewhere where the baby is safe.
im in school(started this week),and been going to work like i need.im looking for ways to get money(egg donation, pell refund and income tax cause i need a car before i can get an apartment or new job)

thank you so much for everyone that has helped me out with this.if anything happens,i will update.thank you

because me and my sister who is 18 live in the same house both go to college.ing

me claiming independce screwed hers up so she didnt get any pell money.i did try to fight the school but they woulnt do anhything

This is YOUR child! You can't let your sister's college or anything else affect that. Pack, tell your sister you are sorry, but she'll figure it out just like you are. College, jobs, everything else is an after thought. When someone is talking about taking your child you need to react. Don't give your parents time to get organized. LEAVE!!!

You can't lie on a  college application to make her eligible. You see if your Dad has 2 kids in college he qualifies for more assistance. With you NOT considered a dependent (because you HAVE a child)  he now only has one child in  college. And short of LYING there isn't a damn thing you can do about it.

my parents used to threaten me all the time with taking my kids.....  it really scared me and it hurt and it sucked but there was NOTHING they could do and it never happened.... you've gotten some good advice here... get your daughter and go to a woman's shelter..hopefully they will help you find a job and a place to live...or at least help you get on PA etc.......

How old are you? Where is the father of your child?

I had the same problem only I did not understand my options. My parents kicked me out of the house and my BD said he would care for our 1 year old. I didn't have a place to stay or car so I stripped for a week and got an apt. My BD said it would be better of she stayed with him since I was working at night and that was the last of my daughter living with me. All I did after that was be depressed and drank all the time. I'm sorry for your position but don't let anyone just come in and take your baby.
