People are setting off fireworks, shooting guns, etc to "celebrate" the new year.My dogs are FREAKED OUT. They're all pacing the house, pausing to sit at the foot of the couch and look at me, panting like crazy.. Poor babies. I'd make an exception and let them on the couch with me but, they'd smother me! Lol

Mine are passed out. I brought em in like 10 minutes or less to midnight. Lol.

My Puggle is snuggling with me. My big dogs are asleep on the couch. Lol.

Hope yours stop pacing soon.

Me too! I have a far (50+ lb) basset hound, a pit bull mix and an American bulldog. Lol they'd suffocate me. :-) I figured people would have a few minutes of them and be done. It's still going strong after 45 minutes...

Wow... Poor thing. :-( my basset has finally settled down and is resting at my feet. The others are still pacing the house looking for the "danger"... I just hope they stay out of the kids' room.

Poor things.... My one dog has separation anxiety and seizures so it's better for him to be sedated, my other is fine, just a little antsy.
