Idk how! Dh must think I do cause that's what he got! LOL do I.bake it? Boil it? And for how long? Its nearly 3 pounds.

No. This is just a regular brisket. Not the corned beef kind with a packet.

You can always cook it in the oven as well. Takes a litte longer but it'll be done!

I cook mine in the slow cooker, with a little beef stock, salt, pepper and 2 jars of pickled yellow pepper rings (my mouth is watering thinking about it!)

I serve it on rolls.
