Squats. And lots of them. Get a weighted medicine ball, do wall balls. Squats with weights. And by lots i mean a couple hundred every other day. You dont want to do it every day. You want to also add in core strengthening and cardio.

You take a weighted medicing ball, throw it up , catch it and do a squat, google wall balls on Youtube. Its a cross fit thing.

Lie on your back with your knees bent. Put a medicine ball (a small child works too) on your stomach. Raise your butt up pushing the ball towards the ceiling, all the while squeezing your butt on the way up. Do three sets of ten and then hold it in the air, squeezing as hard as you can for 30 seconds. You should be shaking at the end.

Lunges and squats. Running also helps, I hated running but it also helps to lift and tighten.
