How much does your home owners insurance cost you??

per month or per year? How big of a house do you own (sq ft)? How many bedrooms, and baths??

$480 per year. 4 bed 2 bath 1500sqft

800, maybe 850, a year. Around 1800 sq ft I think. 4 beds/ 2 bath.

$568 a year. 3 bedroom, 2 bath around 1700 square feet. It's also insured at $50,000 more than we owe on it.

$1400/year. 4000sq ft. 4br 2 BA

Keep in mind the area the house is located in, the year, style, additions, fireplaces..all of that is considered..not just size

Wow, I am feeling, well, pretty irritated we pay quite a bit more than everybody else. We did have a fire claim and roof claim though, but still. 

$1300 a year. Our house is insured for REBUILD value. We also have our coverage more due to having a pool and dogs. The house is 1400 sq ft. with a 150 sq. ft. screened in porch that has cable and electricity and about 300 sq ft in decking. 

This is through USAA and their customer service is why even if we do pay more I will never move to another company.

$1100 a year!!!!!!!!!

1800 sq. feet, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths.

It went up $300 this year!! We have Travelers.

exactly. i used to work in insurance. mine is over $1000 per yr. its based on the county you live..age of house..ur CREDIT is a big factor. my house is 900 square ft. and about 60 yrs old. credit is part of the issue and the other part is where i live. high theft. oh and it is insured for 130,000. beds and baths have nothing to do with it
