Ewww! wtf is this?

Going to the doc if its not gone in a few days. It's tender and my wrist feels sore when I move it.

Looks like a cyst. I get them on my wrists all the time. They hurt for a bit then go away and then come back.

Ive seen this same thing in a friend of mine. Apparently there is a technique the dr's have of popping them as well? Not sure if its true, but I was told it involved slamming a hard object down on them?
