I feel bad, but I'm craving hot chips and I'm pregnant. I shouldn't, right?

I had hot chips once In my pregnancy and it was 2 days ago. Lol. McDonald's twice and that was before I knew I was pregnant.

I'm 4 months pregnant now.

Hot chips are so so yummy !!! I would just avoid eating them of you nurse your little one. That might not fair well for the baby, or you, Momma. :)))

I eat peppers all the time and I'm pregnant. McDonald's once in a while will not hurt you either.

Sounds like you are craving salt.... Do you normally have that much sodium in your diet?

I would have a small shake and fries and hot chips to curve your cravings.. Everything in moderation. Eat something healthy too though!

It's alright to indulge every now and then. It's not like you are eating junk every night.
