So DH stopped by my mothers house to grab the baby's pack and play and I texted him and asked him to bring my home frozen yogurt.... He calls and says "are you sure it's amost 9.... Do you really want to eat and then go to bed?"So feeling like a fat ass saying yes I said no its fine. So DH walks in the house and makes himself a sandwich!!! So apparently it's ok for him to eat late at night but I'm too fat!! He says no no it's just that that's dairy what the F does that have to do with anything it's Greek frozen yogurt and he's eating a Pbj

then your answer should have been a resounding "yes" when he asked if you really wanted to eat and go to bed.  you changed your mind based on what you thought he wanted to hear, and you're the one who will pay the price for it.

I wouldn't be tolerating that. I would tell him look. I can eat it with you or without you. You make the choice. But I would be serious.

I would have told him to bring it anyway. I do what I want when I want.

Um....you said one thing and meant another.

If you wanted the yogurt, you should've said that you did want it.    Yes, you do in fact want to eat and then go to bed.

Honesty is helpful when communicating.  Just sayin.
