I need to lose 20 lbs. fast

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can lose 20lbs. in about 2 weeks to a month?

my Snicker's diet...

laugh all you want, but eat 2-4 king size Snickers a day along with 64oz of water and all the salad/raw veggies you want, no dressing, a day and you will lose the weight.

I understand that! Sauna, detox, gym and super healthy eating. I did a fruit and soup detox and lost 10 pounds in 4 days but it didn't stay off. I just did it to look really small in a dress I had to wear. But I know people that have been able to piece all the above together and get good results. Good luck hun

I don't know about losing 20lb in 2 weeks but if you follow the south beach diet you'll lose weight fairly quickly and then as you go through the phases you'll continue to lose at a healthy rate

Eat 6 smaller meals go on a wall a day and lots of cardoon and water

I lost 29.5 pounds in nine weeks. 

Drink nothing but water and at least eight cups a day.

no sweets.

smaller portions.

use myfitnesspal to count your calorie intake and output.

lots of exercise. You need to burn all the calories from everything you eat everyday plus 500-1000 more a day to loose weight.

No alcohol, caffeine, sugar, or breads/pastas.

Lots of water.  Lots of fruits/veggies.

Cardio, cardio, cardio.

the no caffeine is going to be hard...IM a heavy coffee drinker with sugar...

Lol why eat snickers though? If its to keep you feeling full why not just throw in something protien packed.
