Kim & Kayne better be damn sure Kim's divorce can be finalized before that baby comes along! If they lived in my state there is no way a judge would grant a divorce with her being pregnant!

True. And paternity has to be established (actually in tx he would STILL have to come sign the BC saying he isn't he father lol

Yep! In some states a judge will see it as hope for the marriage & will not grant a divorce.
