Do self cervical checks? Do you think it is safe?

Yes. You can do cervical checks for birth control too, along with charting.
Why would you do that? Because the position of your cervix, how open it is, and your cervical fluid can let you know how fertile you are.

I ask because i am 3 days late and was thinking of self checking but not to sure how safe it is and what i should be feeling for

I never had to. We conceived on accident the first time, and first try with the second one.

Same here except with the second one we started talking about trying and the next week I found out I was prego lol

When I'm pregnant my cervix is somewhat soft and my cervical fluid is creamy.

I recommend charting as well-the full experience of charting and cervical checks is what helped us conceive after trying for over a year.
