Does getting your wrist tattooed hurt a lot?

I want to get my son's name tatted on my wrist... Just wondering how much it hurts?

I have one on my wrist and it hurt like hell. I do have very small wrists though, plus my son did the tattoo and he was still learning. It was only the second tattoo he had done on someone other then himself, so that might have had something to do with it. I know the heart was messed up, he's fixed it since and it looks much better now. I still loved it either way  :)

I have my tongue done and it hurt like HELL pretty sure it hurt worse then my nipples lol

I have the whole inside of one forearm done, it hurt at my wrist and at the bend of my elbow.
