I do know that.
I'm a type one diabetic and Seriousily struggling with my weight.

So I opt for lower fat, low carb foods.
I've got a daily meal plan, I haw to log what I eat, log my insulin, my blood sugar, everything.

Im happy with how I'm doing and so is my doctor.

Pork bacon. I find turkey bacon to be a little hard to chew. I don't have bacon often because it is so bad for you!
