Have you ever used it for punishment? roman chair is when the childs back is against the wall arms are held out in front of them and legs are bent in a sitting position

No. But, we used to do that in PE class back in the late 70's and early 80's. Great exercise!

Yes, I would use it for bigger kids. It's better than beating them

no but its great for toning your butt and thighs. i really need to start doing that lol my jiggly bottom needs some work
