Mine was $199,900

It's 1800sq ft. With 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 1 acre.

My ex bought his house when I was with him and he paid $97,000. 4 bedroom, 2 bath, large garage. About 1.5 acres or so. Wasn't worth what he paid. wasn't a very nice house. My new man rents but we are looking.

3300 sq, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, 3 bedrooms, media room, game room, living room, 3 car garage and a huge laundry room (where I spend too much time). I do love my home though!!

89k 2800sq ft. . .brick 4 br 2bt living,dinning,day,laundry room,den and kitchen ! Good school but not so good hood :/ maybe we can sell soon!

Most of my family lives in that area and love it. Speaking of strange places Griffin certainly is lol, but its home and I like it. I just wish the school systems down here were better. That is any we want to relocate to the north side.
