So my ex text my son today.

"Well you can thank your mother for me being fucking broke since she refused to lower CS, maybe you should talk to her."

WTH, the man is a piece of work!

Dumbass what did he do w/all his money making $60,000+a year, living on mommy's property & only have to pay $300 a month in rent.  Not my fault you didn't save & freaking got fired yet again.

So awful to yet again bring our son into it, I am livid!

He has always tried to blame me for everything, I am just so over this shit!

Thanks for letting me vent again!

My son is 12, he will be 13 in February.

he sounds like a class act!  How many more years until your kid is 18 and you can stop interacting with him?

He's 12, almost 13.

I think that way sometimes, I can't wait til Zack is 18 so I don't have to deal w/this anymore, but then I hate that he's already going into his teenage years.  He's grown up way to fast:(

Save the text for sure!  I would take a pic of the screen with your phone so you have the record of it.  I'm afraid I'll be dealing with the same stuff when my daughters get a bit older- my ex is a real piece of shit too.  And a very similar situation- he makes over 60k, he hasn't paid the mortgage on the house (which my name is still on, ugh!) since April, but somehow can barely manage to pay bills -- . --

I locked it in my son's phone, plus forwarded it to my phone & also to my attorney.

Didn't think of taking a pic I will make sure to do that.

I locked the message in my son's phone, plus forwarded it to my phone & also to my attorney's phone.

wow that is low, at his age. Your son is in no age to be included in that kind of adult crap.
