Not even close. I don't know what it is in Michigan. But it's low and sucky.

NO WAY! We can't even afford rent! It's ridiculous. My husband has two jobs and we still can't afford rent :(

No. I don't think that's possible for anyone. Oh and it's $7.65 here.

We wouldn't even come close to being able to pay all our bills on minimum wage. I think its like 7.25 but all places pay $10 or more starting well except Kmart.

maybe. :-/  I live in FL. Currently having issues, Min wage isn't bad... Min wage and virtually no hours... That's bad. I could make due If I had the hrs and HAD to make ends meet as far as bills are concerned.

actually it is possible, because i do it. It is possible only if you are willing to give up some things. I had to give up a few things and move but it is possible.

No. Even a full time minimum wage job, in which NO taxes were taken, wouldn't pay just our mortgage.
