I think my friend is lying, should I tell her DH?

My very good friend has a 14 month old ds, and recently a 7 week old baby, which was unplanned. She showed me a pic last week of an ultrasound.... With 2 visible sacs! Twins! By the pic, it looks to be about 6 to 10 weeks into the pregnancy. Probably impossible...also there is no information on the pic (name, date, gestation, measurements, etc) and it seems fishy. Do I play along? I think her dh has been distant lately and maybe she wants attention. What would a good friend do?

Stay out of it. I would also start distancing myself since I am disgusted by liars.
