Mom Confessions Mom Confessions

I hate Verizon Wireless so much I hope they die.

Dear Verizon donkeydouches,

Boy, you guys just keep adding bullshit onto bullshit, don't you? What the hell is a "restocking" fee? You mean we have to actually pay to have one of your cock-jamming minions put that fucker on a SHELF? And that it'll cost us $35 to have them do it?? Forget it. We'll keep the damn thing.

Your company sucks.

I hope no one punches you in the throat and takes your wallet, which is pretty much what you've done to us.

"Have a great day."

Restock fees are normal.
For almost any cell company if not all.

It's in the paperwork.

You need to read stuff before you blindly sign.

Yep. I'm done with them tomorrow. Going prepaid. I'm so tired of being locked into contracts with bs companies. They couldn't care less about existing customers.

Thanks, chief.  That's helpful.

I love Verizon. I've had them almost 10 years. They've waved all sorts of fees and such for me. Every time I call they are so accommodating. I have never had a problem with them, ever. And their service is great. I get service so much more often, and better service almost all the time, than my family members who have at&t. I've even had them wave the restocking fee when I wanted to trade my new droid for an iPhone after I got it. I think they're an awesome company.

The more you know :-)

Hey you're the one making a complaint about something that's stated in paperwork.

I WISH that was the case here.  They're normally very accomodating to us, too, but we recently had to remove two lines of service (my in laws) to ADD another line (daughter #2) and we got strapped into two early termination fees.  So I asked about my other daughter's new phone, which she hates.   They'll charge us to return it (the $35) and if we cancel service, we'll have MORE early termination fees.  We're screwed into being stuck with them for another two years, it looks like.

Not only is it in the contract, but the sales reps make sure to remind you several times before you make your purchase about the restocking fee.
