why is it ok to hit men?

I constantly see women on here saying how they'd slap "him", or beat "his" ass. In reference to a SO.


I don't get it, its never ok other than in self defense to hit some one. Domestic violence is also against men. I hope no one is teaching their dd that its ok to hit boys for petty reasons. Because I've taught my ds and continue to teach all my sons not to hit girls no matter the reason.

 I dont think its good to hit anyone if it can be avoided..My first husband hit me knocked me back 6 feet into a wall. After I could focus I calmly got my keys and got into my car put it in reverse and rammed his car 7 times. He never hit me again:) LOL.

I don't think it is ok to hit a man, unless in self defense. Same goes for a woman.
