Today Is My Three Year Anniversary Of When I Quit Smoking.

Posted by   + Show Post

It has been hard, but I'm not going back. I can't ruin all that time I have put into it. If anyone used to smoke, how long has it been, since you quit?

Thank You. Congratulations to you too. Eight years is a long time. I'll really be happy when I reach that long, which I will.

Congrats!!! My dad said even after 30 years of being smoke free he still had small cravings so know that it will never fully go away. Your will power to stay smoke free will have to be stronger than the cravings.
I am almost to my third year of being smoke free an it feels great!! April 15th was the day I decided to stop smoking. It made my head hurt and I always felt nauseous after smoking so what was the point? My Dh followed about two months later. Best decision ever!!
