You can do it yourself fairly easily with powerpoint...If you want something a little fancier, I suggest Sony Vegas movie maker software. It's a little pricey, but you can make great movies with it.

There are lots of programs you can use to help. Watch some of the you tube videos with the song to get some ideas but I would start with baby pictures of her and go from there. I have only made very simple ones so I will bump this for someone with some more ideas.
