I have the flu. Well I've concluded it's the flu, started out as a minor annoying sniffle last week, went away. Returned the other day full throttle, I feel like I need to start dividing my estate up. 😷



Runny nose

Chest pains

Back pains

The worst cough ever, which leads to gagging

Shortness of breath

Headache

Hot flashes/chills

Fever of 101.7

Dizziness/faint



My dr. is still on holiday vacation, I try to avoid the E.R at all costs, but what I've bought over the counter is not working (Mucinex)



So, is this the flu, or am I about to keel over? Both?



I fear I may have to go to the ER & sit with the Muggles :(

When I had the flu a few years ago my doctor told me to take Tylenol . She said to bring the fever down and help with aches. And just wait it out. Feel better soon.

ummm, I would say flu. since the flu is a virus wouldn't they just send you home and tell you to get lots of rest and drink lots of water? sounds like a waste of time suffering around the muggles if you ask me

 I have exactly the same symptoms when I went to the Urgent Care yesterday and was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection.  I feel you with respect to the cough - took my third dose of the antibiotics this morning and due for my fourth in about an hour, and it still hits from time to time, and once you get started you can't stop and you cough so hard you gag and your eyes water.  It's awful.

Never at any point of my three pregnancies did I feel like someone forgot they double parked a 14 wheeler on me.

Oh, ok.  It definitely sounds like a pulled muscle.  If the back pain last longer than the cough definitely go and get an x-ray.

Lol I know how you feel... when I'm not sweating, I'm shivering. My lungs feel like water is filling them and I keep spitting up this foam after every coughing session.

I'd rather be hit by a bus. I can barely walk without almost falling over.

But I slept like 14 hours today, so sadly I am awake and in a ton of pain :(
