If you get cs from the child's father and he pays it and Is also paying what he owes when he does his income taxes will that money come to you or cs or does he get to keep it.....

He owes me 1200 but has been paying since October $360 plus $20 on back pay.

I believe cs would take it i'm not sure but i know ppl that don't file because the cs will take it all:(

If he's paying it on time, he'll get his refund.  As long as there's no tax lein, he'll get his money.

Depends on if the state intercepts it. It usually has to be over a certain amount. I wouldn't count on getting it if he's paying it back now.

If he is in arrears, you will get it. I've been receiving retroactive support for four years and always have gotten his tax return, too.

What's that I know he has a court order to pay every month it actually gets taken every month from his check does that count towards what you said ?
