I do. Every morning mom-fri I try to go to the gym around 530-540. Every morning I think about saying. Nope going to bed. I make it a point to never go back to bed until I get up, go to the bathroom, and while peeing I check out cafemom. It usually wakes me up pretty well!!!

No I have a home gym with a weight machine treadmill and elliptical I workout 4 or 5 times a week.

No. I have my 3 yr old home with me.
How far do you drive to go to the gym in the morning? Is it worth it?
I hate driving all the way out into town to go to the gym for an hour then turning around and coming home. Living in the country sucks sometimes.

I have a Y membership and I'm trying to get myself to go more often. I need 28 hours in a day. The earth is slowing down little by little, but it will be thousands of years before the days are 28 hours long, lol.

The benefits of living in Florida.. LOL. Id like to go to the gym, but I cant justify the money when I have an awesome workout dvd at home, kwim. Plus I am NOT getting up at 5-5:30... lol

Fuck no. I hate the gym. Because I'm fat. I'm fat because I don't go to the gym. It's a vicious cycle.
