It depends on your build and how much muscle you have on your body. My ideal is about 165 and I am the same height. I am fairly muscular. It is more accurate to know your body fat than your weight.
you can't really tell what is a normal weight for a certain height.... everyone has a different makeup. some women have more muscle than others etc.
your best bet would be to measure your body fat percentage - if you are 30% or over, you are considered overweight. look at your body, do you have lots of fat around your mid-section or anywhere else? do you feel that you can lose a few pounds? if there are areas where you can improve, then do it but coming on here to ask is really not going to provide you with any definitive answers because only YOU know how you feel.

considering your height, I would say about average, maybe a little on the heavier side.
According to the bmi calculater it is normal
