Since its winter time and we're stuck in the house more often... My kids get bored and they follow me around whining for snacks constantly!

I KNOW that they eat plenty and this is totally out of boredom.

I asked for one for Christmas! We don't have the extra cash right now though. dh recently lost his job so money is really tight :(

They could also be thirsty. A lot of people mistake thirst for hunger.

Damn. Have you checked CL? My dad scored one for $150. But that was right around the holidays, so I guess the seller needed the money.

You should tell the boys they can have snacks based on the number of chores they do well.

We got them (rather Santa got them) a ton of board games for Christmas.

I get a deck of cards and hide the cards in my house. Then have the kids go find them. Been doing it since my oldest was 3, he will be 13 on the 27th and still likes to play find the cards on rainy days. lol Since the kids are older we changed the rules and they have to find matches. They start with one card and have to look for the match in the house before getting a new card. If they find a card and it dont match the one they have they put it back for someone else to find.
