I don't limit screen time

I want you to actually really think about this scenario.
Edit- if you are not going to pretend to put yourself in this situation stop reading.
Let's pretend that your DH/DW/SO/Roommate, has authority over you. They have decided that you only need one hour of screen time a day. This includes TV, Video games, Tablets, e-Readers, Smart Phones, and Computers.
You get just one hour between 8 & 9, and that's it.
What would you do from 8-9? Are you going to be multitasking trying to fit everything in? Are you going to be completely glued to whatever your doing during that time? Or would you relax and just watch one show and be done with it?
Lets now say its 8:59, and your reading on Cafemom and you have to get your word in on this one post. Right then SO comes and shuts down your computer, times up.
How would you feel, would you be anxious to get back on, try to convince SO to let you have a few more minutes, would you try to sneak in more time?
Do you limit your kids? How do they behave when their time is on and when their time is up?
I'm not limited, my kids aren't limited. We have no problem turning off.

I am not limited, my husband knows better and neither are my kids, I have a movie on at all times, mostly background noise, and the kids have a shared tablet

My boys have no limits... They aren't really needed. They do other things besides watching tv and playing video games... So I feel that when they do them, they don't need to be "timed". Also, our boys earn their time by doing chores, extra school work and things like that.
