My baby is 3 weeks old & idk but his been getting this red little pimples all over his face and forehead. sometimes they disappear sometimes they don't. Its been a week since we have stop kissing him and neither do we have pets. Does it mean his allergic to something???
Hes always in the room but sometimes i take him to the kitchen or living room.

He could just be dealing with baby acne. However my youngest got that and a bad diaper rash and at two weeks old was diagnosed allergic to the cows milk protien. If you are really worried take him to the doctor about it. Good luck mama

Those are nothing to worry about. You can keep kissing your baby.

Could be baby pimples.. Could be allergic reaction to milk/formula..

Probably just baby acne. I know mine done that from the milk on their chins. But it never got on their foreheads. Good luck Mama!!

Heat rash, or rashes from wet clothes up against his skin from feedings or sweat, baby acne is very common especially the first few months

Baby acne.

It's totally normal.  The baby is just trying to get rid of your hormones in his body.
