Crafty Moms ~ What do you think???

Posted by   + Show Post

I'd REALLY like to make this wreath for the upcoming baseball season. With a few adjustments to make it my own, of course. Any suggestions on how to attatch the balls together like that? And also, suggestions on where to get used baseballs? I called the only used sporting good store near me and they only have one baseball... go figure. I like that they look used up. Thanks!!

Lol, no I did not, but that is very useful information!!! I don't think I've been to Westland mall since I was a kid, and I'm creeping up on 30. I'm closer to Southland.

I was just at the mall in Westland a couple of weeks ago. I hadn't bern there in years!  Do you know they have a store in there that is just ALL candy?  Yummmmm

Quoting CarriedAway77:

Oh, not far at all. I work in Wayne/Westland :-)

Quoting seemommyrun:

A bit north of you-Plymouth/Canton.

I used to love the festivals Downriver :)

Quoting CarriedAway77:

Hello! Whereabouts are you? I'm Downriver.

Quoting seemommyrun:

Hey neighbor :)

Quoting CarriedAway77:

Yes ma'am   :-)   a stone's throw away from the city itself.

Go Tigers!! Can't wait for baseball season!

It's cute. And to get them together I'd go to a store that sells beads and things that aren't the easiest to glue together and see what they suggest... these aren't beads but they might have an idea of what you can do.

I was thinking that too but I think it would stay put better if you glue the balls also.

We drilled through and used a heavy gauge metal hanger.

I'm not the cat lady type. I'm more like an actual cat. I want affection when I want it and on my own terms. The rest of the time I want to claw out your eyes and piss in your shoes.

Use a hot glue gun or gorilla glue

You can get used baseballs on ebay
