This is my most active group so I'm posting here for a quick answer. Should I treat my dd's fever with Tylenol even if nothing else is wrong with her? She is acting fine but running a slight temp, just over 100 degrees.

No. Her body will fight it off. Fever is actually a good thing. It means the body is fighting the illness.
