How long after you got pregnant did you realize you were pregnant?

both times I didnt know until I gave birth. Second time I gave birth and had no idea I gave birth.

The first time within the first couple of weeks. The second time, not until the end of my first trimester. It felt like I only had to be pregnant 6 months, lol.

2 weeks. Even the nurse was like, "What in the world made you take a test? You're not even late yet!"

With dd I had started spotting and was suppose to take Clomid on cycle day 3 and on "cycle day 2" I stopped spotting completely. I called my OB to let him know what was going on and he ordered a blood test. I found out the next day I was about 4 weeks pregnant. I had implantation bleeding.
With ds we used Clomid and I started hpt testing on cycle day 7 and got my positive on cycle day 8. It was confirmed on cycle day 9 with a blood test.

2 weeks after I missed my period with my daughter, I knew I was pregnant but did not want to take the test. 3days before I was due for my period with my son, we where trying for him.
