Rape?

NOT the dictionary's definition, but what situations do you classify to fall under rape?

ETA: curious because of course the subject of rape can be a gray area. But on here and in real life conversations, I think a lot of people tangle bad sex, "buyers remorse" (regret), & rape.

Any time a woman or MAN says no and is forced, EVEN if they 'enjoy' it or eventually stop fighting.

Any time an adult is with a minor.

Any time a man or woman says yes under force, threat, or coercion.

Any time sex occurs while the victim is unable to consent or heavily under the influence.

If you say no and they continue anyway. If you are fooling around with a guy and don't tell him to stop then that is not rape because getting naked and letting him touch the goodies is implied consent if you don't specify otherwise.

You say no or are unable to consent and he physicaly force or uses drugs it is rape.

I don't consider a willing 15 yrs or older to be raped in a statutory situation.
