They would reduce anything she gets in the divorce by whatever damages she causes. Better to worry about herself and her kids futures.

The judge can hold it against you. Personally I just wouldn't do it anyway.

Living well will be your best revenge.

When I found out my now ex was cheating on me, I kicked him out and moved on with my life.

I went back to school, had a decent paying job and took great care of my kids. I just so happened to meet a really wonderful guy who I married a year after the divorce.
I have lived well and it eats my ex up that I was able to make something of myself.

So even though you might was to ruin all his things and act Juvenal, don't. Hold your head up and move on. It will get him in the log run and that will be your payback!!!!

This. I know how easy it is act out in revenge, but think about your future.

Whatever you do don't do anything stupid because it can be held against you in court if you should decide to get a divorce and child custody.

I just got a text from a number that is not in my contacts... All it said was "yo, baby." If my DF saw that he'd think I was cheating and I'm definitely not... It could have been she was drunk and texted him on accident? Did he say anything back?
