That didnt go into labor armed with a novel for a birth plan? I didnt have a birth plan at all, other than, "go in pregnant, leave with baby" I probably wont have a birth plan this baby either. I guess I just have a "whatever happens, happens" attitude about it. Am I the only one?

Nope. I didn't have a birth plan either and both of my deliveries went extremely well.

I didn't have one either. I knew I would want pain meds but that was about it.

Heck DS was born 3.5 weeks early so I couldn't have planned that lol.

I had a great experience with my first as well. Maybe that is why I dont see the point.

Nope.
Birth plan is a waist of time in my opinion. You can have an idea of how you want things to go and how you want it to be but once you're in labor you kind of just have to do what's best for the moment.

The only thing I wanted was to be able to get up and walk around. I ended up being induced both times so they didn't let me. It wasn't really a "plan", just more what I expected to be able to do.

My birth plan was... have a c-section.  That's it.
