I didn't have one either. I knew I would want pain meds but that was about it.
Heck DS was born 3.5 weeks early so I couldn't have planned that lol.
Quoting samanthastaatss:Nope. I didn't have a birth plan either and both of my deliveries went extremely well.
The first time I didn't have a plan. I learned my lesson and had one the second time around.
Birth plan is a waist of time in my opinion. You can have an idea of how you want things to go and how you want it to be but once you're in labor you kind of just have to do what's best for the moment.
The only thing I wanted was to be able to get up and walk around. I ended up being induced both times so they didn't let me. It wasn't really a "plan", just more what I expected to be able to do.
Why do you feel you needed one?
