Thanks after school program

My daughter goes to an after school program. I am only supposed to be charged for the days she is there. This week she was not there at all. Yet they charged my account on Friday with late fees. I called and told them she wouldn't be there for three weeks and they said I wouldn't be charged until she got back.

Soooo. Now I have to wait until Monday to get my money back.

I am going through a divorce and money is tight. Normally no. I am not that poor. But stbx isn't paying what he is supposed to pay. And since I wasn't supposed to be charged for it I wasn't planning on it coming out.

We have money in savings. But neither of us are allowed to touch it until the judge decides who gets what.
