but I have problems with my sciatic nerve and last time I worked out for 1 month straight that is when my problems started to become really bad.
I really want to work out so I can get in shape... does anyone have any suggestions?
I am doing some light yoga but I want to do some cardio, too.
For those who do not know the sciatic nerve runs from lower back, through the buttocks and down the leg. My only runs down midway through my thigh.
