Depends on how blind they are. If you are legally blind, you can see colors and shapes/blobs but you can't tell what it is unless its up close. If you are completely blind you see black. Color blind can't see colors. People with color recognition problems look at say, brown and think its black. My dh can't tell the difference between dark blue, brown and black, even when they are held next to each other.

My grandfather says just a small area of vision surrounded by black, but what he can see is very very blurry, and he can barely make out shapes. He is blind due to macular degeneration though so it may be different for others.

Well those that are deaf have different issues related to being deaf I suppose that would depend on why or how they are deaf. Say ear drum damage they might hear/feel vibration in the ear of some sounds. But if someone is missing an ear drum I can imagine they will hear nothing ever...

Deaf people have other senses so you can feel door slams and things like that. 

Some people that are deaf might hear some things and not others but their hearing is nothing like what others hear.....

Im not sure about the blind I mean.... If they have their eyes what they do or dont see Im sure every blind person is different like deaf people
